All of the foods available at the Sunfired Eco-Organic Culinary Resort are organically grown plant foods. Meals are planned and prepared by the staff and the guests in a teaching kitchen and are designed to meet individual eating needs.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Our facilities are dedicated to your health, happiness and harmony with nature in living life to live healthier. The Sunfired Eco-Organic Culinary Resort is in the hills of Cerro Azul, overlooking the Panama Canal, as well as the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. It is in a peaceful and laid back rainforest setting, within minutes from several white sand beaches where swim suits beat the heat and the days are sealed by soft sunsets. Our guests are seeking a stress free way of life in an environment supportive of a peacefull and serene lifestyle. Rooms are comfortably appointed and have private bathrooms.

GUEST SERVICES
In addition to our regularly scheduled programs, there are a number of guest services that can make your stay at the Sunfired Eco-Organic Culinary Resort even more beneficial. We offer individual consultations and optional therapeutic services at additional costs, as well as day trips to mineral baths, etc.

ARRIVALS
Arrivals by plane are into Panama's Tocumen International Airport at Panama City. Transportation to Sunfired Eco-Organic Culinary Resort can be provided at an additional charge. Book your flights to check in as early as possible and plan for a late checkout.

CLOTHING
Dress is casual and tropical. Swim suits, shorts, walking & running shoes and comfortable loose garments are recommended.
